The sun wasn't down as early as we wanted it to be, but we chose not to stress and set up a little later while the guests showed up and started on the snacks and choosing the music. (it was actually pretty nice because a few of Paige's friends asked if they could help and we got it done quickly!)
Neon and black light reactive things everywhere!
Friends and gifts, friends are gifts!
While we were waiting for the sun to go down, we pulled out the glow in the dark face paint and started getting all masked up. They had a lot of fun painting each other.
Then the sun went down and the magic started to happen!
They began to glow!
Not the best looking cake, but it tasted good and the kids thought it was cool!
The face painting mess even added to the decor
Friends came and decorated them selves with glow sticks and danced and played glow in the dark Frisbee, and played with a light ball late into the night!
GLOW much fun!
This was Paige wearing a ton of glow sticks!
Openning gifts
The rare sighting of the awkward Dad (that was his words)
