Murder?

AHAHAHAHAHAHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who did Paige murder and why is she keeping them in the freezer?

I knew it was only a mater of time with this kid....!

(Just kidding. She has a color changing wig....aparently cold makes the pink streaks come out. So I was startled this morning as I went to get out some sausage...)

Logan's room

So Logan started this room re-do project with the idea of wanting some muted rich colors, but also loving the modern black city sky line idea.
As we started to put this together, her collection of elephants inspired the grey color and she has a great sketch (elephant/eifel tower) from a street artisit in Paris . We framed it and it all started to roll together.
I think it turned out great and what I like best about both the girls room, is that it was thier ideas, and I gave them a budget and they chose how to spend it and I think they did a great job shopping around and getting deals and thinking creativly!
Great Job!

Seths room complete

We worked on Seths room a bit a few months ago. He had the easiest project. his room was

already the right color, and other than a new comforter, he want black lights and glowing things.

We just got the finishing touches put on his walls today!

The amazing Marrisa and her vinyl talents came over and for a way too reasonable price hand cut these sabers and applyed them with thier crashing effects and they are supper cool in day light and in black light!

We love his super cool room! It is soooo fun! Hes been showing it to everyone how has come into the house!

Thanks Marrisa!

The Black Thumb Woman

So It's true sometimes I'm very sweet, and sometimes I'm very crabby! Some times I am smart and make great decisions and other times I make silly even stupid mistakes. What is always true is that I kill all living plants. Over water, underwater, not enough sun, too much sun and so on.
However I recently planted some herbs (something I have tried to grow many times before) and not only are they growing....but I harvested my first batch of Basil and Celantro. (This picture is post harvest) Granted I planted 6 Basil and there is only 3 still alive but.......I harvested!! Yeah MEE!

Tori's room

Tori's room was our latest project. This room was a slate grey color - definatly not cool enough for a creative 14 yr old! Hot pink and zebra was all her idea! so this room is totaly Tori!
Thanks to Bryan for helping us hanging the molding.
Tori loves it!

Legos! Legos! Legos!

Seth loves Legos, and so he decided to use them as a theme for his birthday party.

We had pizza lego shaped and chocolate legos, lego games, a lego movie, and of course lots of lego building.

It was tons of fun and Daddy had gotten him some super cool legos for his birthday that gave all the kids plenty to build with.

Seth got lots of great presents, including a skate board from Mom and Dad that he's learning to ride!

Fun, Fun day!

Seth's 11th Birthday!

Paige came to me the night before Seths birthday and wispered to me that she wanted to get up early and make him breakfast. I told her how difficult it is to get up earlier than Seth. He is an early riser. She wanted to try. Seth was up before me and I had to tell him about his sisters hopes. He snuck back to bed when he heard her up. She made him scrabbled eggs and a donut.
He was happy to pretend to sleep to get a yummy breakfast in bed.

Happy Birthday Sweetboy!

Occasions

So what have I been up to? Well painting walls, pulling weeds, running kids all over, you know the usual!

However I need a creative outlet, I need to bring in a little mola too.
So I have decided to start up my catering bussiness again.
I haven't done it in so long because of the constant moving. Its so hard to start a bussiness over and over again.
So now that I might be around for a while I am taking every opportunity to make lovely food that shows off my skills and take pictures to put on my websight.

Tori's first High School Play

Tori's Drama class did a performance of small skits based on high school life and teen situations.

The whole class did good, but Tori was amazing. She came up with her own silly voice and was loud and clear!

She was funny and cute!

We loved the show!
