It was the evening of May 21st. and Paige had asked us to surprise her with something fun for her birthday. Lucky for us Naples was hosting a gelato fest. 13 chosen gelato masters came to compete for our taste buds and the winner will go on to a competition with Gelato masters from all over the country.
So this is how it works, you buy a ticket, and each vendor crosses off their number once they have given you a mini cone of the flavor they have brought to the competition.
I know it says 14, but there were only 13 (number 8 wasn't there)
Each station you stop at has their number well marked and points out to you that you should remember that number in order to vote properly (for them)

This was the flavor that Dan voted for. It didn't have a name but ingredients listed. They seemed like ingredients for custard to me. Vanilla custard.
