The beaches of Calabria Italy are world famous and we decided to make a weekend trip. Driving 4 hours south of us into the Calabria region and spending the night at a hotel right on the beach.
We then spend the following day slowly driving back home while stopping at a few of the more acclaimed beaches on the way.
The water was amazing and everyone enjoyed snorkeling and seeing all th sea life!
I enjoyed eating the sea life (shrimp) mixed into my Basil and fresh tomato Gnocchi !

The drive was very nice with beautiful mountains on one side....
and beautiful water on the other! What a beautiful country!
