Brussel Spouts

So my kids asked me if they could have brussel sprouts.
Do you beleive me?
Well its true.
So I felt the wieght of this greatly...one chance to make them unlike 90% of adults in the US who hate brussel sprouts.
I looked up some great recipes and settled on pan roasted fresh brussel sprouts tossed in a cork screw pasta with fresh grated parmesan.

THEY LOVED IT!
