WE had our fun Cousin Iliana in town for Halloween and Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Andrea, but they didn't get dressed up with us to go to the base Halloween spectacular...
Luana carved her first pumpkin , handed out candy for the first time and enjoyed feeling like a regal American celebrating a holiday that has only begun to to celebrated and not fully embraced in this country yet.
